21% RYE
Indiana Produced Bourbon with mash bill of Corn: 75%, Rye: 21%, Barley Malt: 4%. This is considered a standard mash bill. Corn being the predominant grain here gives the spirit a slightly sweeter note and with barrel aging it will pick up robust flavors of oak, vanilla, maple syrup, and leather.

36% RYE
36% Rye- Considered "High Rye" Bourbon. The additional Rye adds additional flavor nuances to this bourbon. Rye produces aromas of fruit, baking spices, and some grass notes, and adds spice notes to the aged bourbon when sipped. Indiana Produced Bourbon with mash bill of Corn: 60%; Rye: 36%; Barley Malt: 4%.

45% WHEAT
Indiana Produced high wheat content bourbon- with mash bill of Corn: 51%, Wheat: 45%, Barley Malt: 4%. The bourbon is deliciously different and a perfect component. Wheat adds a lightness and gentle sweetness to the bourbon. The spice factor is generally relatively low and dependably smooth.
